Lori Cook is the Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer, and her division is devoted to seeing to the every day accounting needs of the company. Lori has over 17 years of experience in accounting and property management. This department's responsibilities include preparing budgets, collecting rent, tenants relations and reporting to owners.
Over the years Lori has had hands-on experience in managing a large variety of properities such as surgical/medical office buildings, Class "A" retail centers, multi-user industrial property and even a 100 slip marina. She has extensive knowledge of all aspects of property management, from the financial accounting to the physical maintenance. Lori takes great pride in her attention to details and the ability to work well with tenants, vendors and owners. She never hesitates to take that extra step.
Prior to joining Welsh Companies Fl, Inc., Lori was employed as the Director of Property Management for John R. Wood, Inc., a local real estate company. |

Individuals with a positive personlity and people skills are the ingredients needed to successfully service clientele. Joanne Beckman is just such an employee. She makes this duty not only possible but enjoyable.
Joanne joined Welsh Companies Florida, Inc., in January of 1999, as an accountant for the Property Management division. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with a minor in Human Resources from Florida Gulf Coast University. This education has given her the tools to provide excellent customer service and enables her to contribute as a team player within the company. |

| Bio: Within the Naples/Ft Myers market, diversity is paramount towards helping the client make comprehensive and knowledgeable decisions. Jim Doane exemplifies the broad scope of services and market understanding that the Welsh team provides to its clients.
Holding a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and Business from Rollins College, Jim easily comprehends the financial goals of the client, and their probablities considering the realities of the marketplace.
Jim represents Welsh Companies FLorida, Inc., regarding several professional affilitions, including: the Economic Development Counsel of Collier County, the International Council of Shopping Centers, and as a candidate for the CCIM designation.
Drawing from a financial and development background, Jim's focus has been the development and lease-up of projects in North Naples. Current responsibilities primarily inclue Class A & B office leasing, and investment sales in both Lee and Collier Counties.
Jim's forte is formulating and implementing strategies toward building and maintaining net asset value. Whether representing our brokerage division, the local businessman, or national corporation, Jim applies comprehensive and in-depth fore-thought to every business decision. |

Name: Aaron W. Schimmel |

| Bio: Aaron joined Welsh Compnies Florida, Inc., in May of 1999 to manage nearly 700,000 square feet in the Naples portfolio. During that time, Aaron was responsible for day to day maintenance supervision, tenant relations, financial reporting, budget preparation and implementation, and ooordination of capital imporvements. Since 2004 Aaron has taken those skills from Property Management and utilized them in leasing, brokerage and development in the Naples, Fort Myers and Cape Coral markets. With an emphasis on straightforward communication with tenants as well as landlords, Aaron has successfully completed several transactions including RWA, Inc., Florida Family Insurance, Arthrex, Inc., Dominion Video and Satellite, David Lawrence Center and Deangelis Diamond.
Aaron is currently focusing on complex projects starting from the ground up. He is working on several development sites on Pine Island Road in Cape Coral and in various locations in Naples where he is involved in not only the leasing but the construction as well. |

| Bio: Jonathan Kepple joined the Welsh team in December of 2003. As a graduating student at the University of Florida, Jonathan has the aptitude, skill and knowledge to perform at a professional level for his clients. His past work experience includes restaurant management, commercial mortgage supervisor, commercial property management and commercial leasing agent. His experience as a commercial leasing agent has involved buyer/lessee representation, seller/lessor representation, market analysis and pro-forma evaluation.
Jon has put considerable effort into market research and trend analysis in the growth areas of Naples, Estero, Bonita Springs, and Cape Coral. Combining market knowledge and a strong work ethic, Jon brings results to our clients and company. |

Name: Jordan D. Poppa |

| Bio: Jordan joined Welsh Companies in June of 2004 to manage properities in the Naples portfolio. Since then, he has increased the number of buildings under his management and taken on additional responsibilities as a leasing agent. Jordan's responsibilities include day-to-day maintenance issues, vendor management, tenant issues, proactive building care, budgeting, marketing, prospecting, leasing and sales.
Some of Jordan's current projects include the management of several Class A office buildings as well as the management and developement of a new 100,000 s.f. retail center in Naples.
Joran has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marine Science, specializing in Marine Geology, and also has a minor in Business Management. His education in the scientific and mathematic fields as well as management brings a unique diversity to his perspective and has given him the tools necessary to work successfully in this business.
It is Jordan's goal to streamline the Propety Management department at Welsh Companies utilizing the latest advances in technology combined with an emphasis on organization so that it operates with increased efficiency and accuracy. With fresh ideas and perspectives, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to excellence, Jordan will strive to provide Welsh's clients the highest quality of customer service and asset management. |
