Status: SDP Approved – Estimated completion of 4th Quarter 2008
Task: Site selection, acquisition, site planning, marketing/leasing, entitlement supervision and construction management.

Total Area: 11.6 Acres
Task: Rezone, site plan, subdivide and sell 14 retail/office development sites.
Status: Sold out as of February 2003. Resales have also occurred in the park.

Role: Site selection, acquisition, site planning consultation, marketing and entitlement supervision.

Status: Acquired and constructed in May of 1996.
